I’m launching a one-time Facebook ad aimed at landowners who want to divide or develop their property, and I need the raw footage I’ve recorded turned into a sharp, professional video that drives new enquiries for my land layout planning service. After viewing, I want prospects to feel confident enough to call me directly for measurement and layout advice.

Here’s what the finished edit should look and feel like:
• Every stumble, repeated word, and dead pause removed so the pace stays tight and engaging.
• On-screen captions that spotlight the most important phrases and benefits, timed perfectly with the voice-over.
• Small but meaningful graphics—plot outlines, roads, compass icons, measurement cues—worked in subtly to reinforce each point without distracting viewers.
• Voice track cleaned for clarity, with a light background music bed if it enhances the message.
• Colour grading and transitions kept clean and restrained; no flashy effects that might cheapen the professional tone.

Deliverables
1. Final MP4 ready for Facebook Ads Manager in 1080×1080 or 1080×1350 (your recommendation is welcome).
2. Source project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut—whichever you use) for my records.
3. A single high-quality frame for the ad thumbnail.

I’ll hand over the raw video and my logo as soon as we agree. Let me know your fixed price and estimated turnaround time for this single edit. If the campaign performs well, I may return for future work, but for now this is a one-off project. Excited to see how you can elevate my footage into a compelling ad.
