I need a reliable, fluent Polish virtual assistant who can keep my inbox organized while digging up solid insights for upcoming projects.
Email management
• Sort, label, and archive incoming messages so I can spot priorities at a glance
• Draft or translate quick replies in Polish or English when needed
• Flag anything urgent and prepare a short end-of-day summary of action items
Research support
• Conduct market research to size opportunities, spot trends, and identify consumer pain points in Poland and neighboring markets
• Perform product research—benchmark features, pricing, and positioning of potential competitors, then present the findings in a concise slide deck or spreadsheet
Deliverables
1. Daily inbox status report (Monday–Friday)
2. Weekly research summary with sources cited
3. A running spreadsheet of interesting market or product data we can revisit anytime
