I already have a short list of Polish listings advertising unusually low monthly rents. What I do not have is a fearless negotiator who can get the owners on the phone, break the ice about kaucia (deposit) and other upfront fees, and walk away with better terms for a stay of well over a year.

Here is what I need done:
• Contact each owner by phone first, then reinforce your offer with email or an on-site visit if it will help close the deal.
• Position us as long-term, reliable tenants who will look after the property, keep it occupied, and pay on time—exactly the reassurance most Polish landlords, especially older ones, want to hear.
• Push to reduce or remove the deposit and, where possible, shave the monthly rent without jeopardising the offer.
• Keep detailed notes of every call and send me a concise outcome report for each property (owner’s decision, negotiated price, deposit status, and next steps).

I am open to any persuasive tactics that remain polite and legal; creativity is encouraged as long as it saves money. When you apply, tell me—briefly and concretely—how you intend to achieve these results. Only applications that include your plan will be considered.
