Polish Promotional Newsletters & Web Copy

Several of our promotional newsletters, program handouts, and website pages are ready for a meticulous language pass. I will supply the draft files (Word and Google Docs); your job is to hunt down every grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting slip while tightening sentences for clarity and brand-consistent tone.

Because these pieces drive engagement, I want them to read smoothly, feel persuasive, and maintain a uniform style across the whole set. There is no hard deadline, so quality can take priority over speed, but I appreciate steady progress updates.

Deliverables
• One tracked-changes file for each document, showing every edit
• A clean, publication-ready version of the same files
• A brief style note if you spot recurring issues we should standardise (e.g., headline capitalisation, date formats)

Acceptance criteria
Edits must remove all mechanical errors, improve flow without altering intended meaning, and preserve our promotional voice. Finished copy should be ready to drop straight into our email platform, print layouts, or CMS without further touch-ups.
