Your role is to:

• Create a detailed chronology that shows who did what, when, and how it links to each policy clause
• Tag and index all exhibits so they can be retrieved instantly (PDF binder plus native-file inventory)
• Highlight gaps, inconsistencies, or follow-up questions that still need attention
• Produce an executive summary that maps the facts against the company’s conduct rules

Confidential handling of data is critical; access will be through a secured share. Experience with workplace investigations, chain-of-custody protocols, and tools such as Relativity, CaseMap, or similar e-discovery platforms will be highly valued.

When you reply, briefly outline comparable investigations you have completed and the software you prefer for evidence management. Clear, well-structured deliverables and strict adherence to deadlines will be the key acceptance criteria.
