I have a full terrestrial-laser-scan point cloud and matching high-resolution orthophotos of a very large, heritage-listed building complex. The data is already cleaned and registered; what I need now is precise 1 : 50 architectural documentation derived from it.

Your task is to extract the geometry, draft and annotate complete 2D drawings directly in AutoCAD, maintaining true scale and orientation. Every drawing must reflect the richness of the monument: structural walls, openings, doors, windows, stairs, fixed furniture, architectural ornaments, material changes and any visible deterioration captured in the scans or imagery.

Deliverables (DWG format, ready for native AutoCAD use)
• Floor plans for each storey
• Full building elevations on all façades
• Longitudinal and transverse sections, plus any detail call-outs needed for complex areas

Acceptance criteria
• All geometry referenced back to the master point cloud with a maximum deviation of 10 mm
• Drawings set at 1 : 50 on Model Space, with clear paper-space layouts and plotted viewports
• Consistent, layered linework and hatching that distinguishes materials, ornaments and damage annotations
• Ornaments and decay mapped exactly where observed in the orthophotos

I will supply the point cloud (.e57) and georeferenced orthophotos (GeoTIFF) via a cloud link, along with a layer naming convention. Once the first sample elevation is approved, the remaining sheets can follow the same standards. If you prefer using Recap, CloudCompare or similar tools before drafting in AutoCAD, feel free—only the final DWG files matter to me.

Please let me know your projected turnaround for the initial sample sheet and the full set.
