I need reliable help turning a series of podcast episodes—each running between thirty and sixty minutes—into clean, accurate text. The finished transcript should read smoothly while still reflecting everything that is said.
The key technical requirement is a visible time-code inserted every ten minutes, formatted in a standard way such as [00:10:00], [00:20:00], and so on. These markers let me jump straight to any section during editing and content repurposing.
Send the completed files back in an editable format (Word, Google Docs, or plain text all work for me). Strong spelling, punctuation, and a keen ear for conversational nuance are essential. If you have questions about terminology or unclear audio, just flag it in the document.
Turnaround expectations and volume can be discussed once we connect, but I’m aiming for a dependable long-term collaboration if the first transcript meets accuracy and formatting needs.
