Podcast Transcript with Timestamps

I need accurate, verbatim transcriptions of my podcast episodes so I can turn the audio into polished written content. Each episode must be transcribed with clear speaker labels and timestamps throughout; the finished file should be delivered as a clean, well-formatted PDF.

Once the transcript is complete, a brief data-entry step is required: copy-and-paste the final text (plus the episode title and guest name) into the spreadsheet I’ll share. This lets me keep all episodes organized for later content repurposing.

Deliverables
• PDF transcript for each episode, including speaker labels and regular timestamps
• Completed row in my tracking sheet for the same episode

I release one episode per week, usually between 30–60 minutes, so consistency and quick turnaround are important. If you’re meticulous with audio detail, confident with timestamping, and comfortable with light data entry, I’d love to work together on an ongoing basis.
