I’m launching a new show, “Dancing on My Own,” created by Emma and produced by Calum Scott, and I need a specialist who can take each finished episode and make sure it actually reaches people. The recording and editing are already covered; what I’m missing is a smart distribution and promotion workflow that turns every release into buzz for Emma’s music, upcoming products, and live events.

Your core focus will be YouTube, key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), and a dedicated podcast website complemented by a concise email newsletter. I need you to:

• Upload and optimise the full-length video or audiogram on YouTube, write an SEO-friendly title, description, and timestamps, and schedule the premiere.
• Slice highlight clips for each social network, add captions, hashtags, and a call to action that drives traffic back to the main episode or landing page.
• Update the podcast website with the embedded player, show notes, and outbound links to merchandise or ticket pages.
• Draft a simple but engaging newsletter announcing the release, ready to send via Mailchimp (or a comparable platform).
• Monitor basic analytics across these channels for the first roll-out and summarise what worked, what needs adjustment, and suggested next steps.

I’ll supply the raw episode file, artwork, and any promotional assets for Emma’s latest single or offer. You supply the know-how, scheduling discipline, and marketing copy that converts casual viewers into listeners and, ultimately, paying fans.

If you have a proven track record growing podcasts—or similar long-form media—solely through YouTube, social media, and owned channels, I’d love to see examples and hear how you’d approach our first three episodes.
