Podcast Production & Training Program Development

I need a podcast produced based on my 20+ years of experience scaling founder-led sales forces. The content will also be used to create a nearly free self-paced online training program and a book for founders and their sales teams.

Podcast Details:
- Format: Combination of solo episodes and interviews with guests
- Theme: Focused on case studies and personal stories
- Production: Emphasis on content quality over high production value, with episodes ready for publishing
- Goal: Podcast content will guide the development of the training program and book

Requirements:
- Experience in podcast production
- Ability to develop training content from podcast material
- Strong background in training program development
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Podcast production and editing
- Curriculum design for self-paced courses
- Strong writing skills for book development
- Sales expertise is a plus but not mandatory

Additional Notes:
