I’m ready to turn a concept into a fully fledged podcast channel. The show’s purpose is to teach and share expert advice with beginners, and most episodes will be interview-driven. I already have subject-matter guests lined up; what I need is a producer who can guide everything behind the mic and behind the scenes.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Channel set-up – artwork, intro/outro beds, host selection (Anchor, Libsyn or a platform you recommend) and submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and the other majors.
• Recording guidance – simple workflows for remote interviews (e.g. Riverside, Zoom) including mic choices and file-naming conventions so every guest sounds studio-quality.
• Post-production – edit, clean, level and master each track, add music and ad markers, export to loudness-compliant MP3. I’m comfortable if you work in Audacity, Adobe Audition, Hindenburg or a DAW you prefer—just keep the process smooth and repeatable.
• Publishing & show notes – write concise episode summaries, timestamps and resource links, then schedule the releases.
• Promotion – craft social snippets, audiograms and teaser clips for Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram to help the series reach first-time learners fast.
My acceptance criteria are clear audio (-16 LUFS, no clipping), consistent episode branding, and on-time delivery of each finalized package—audio file, show notes and promo assets.
If you’ve launched interview podcasts before, share a link or two along with a brief note on the workflow you’d follow for our first three episodes. I’m eager to get the trailer recorded and the debut episode published soon.
