Podcast Highlights into 38 Shorts

I have six full-length podcast videos and a ready-made editing template that includes our colours, fonts, lower thirds and end-screen cue. From these episodes I need 38 vertical YouTube Shorts produced, each landing right on the 30-second mark.

You will not be hunting for material—I’ll supply a spreadsheet of exact in-and-out timestamps for every highlight I want showcased. Your task is to drop those clips into the template, tidy the cuts so the pacing feels natural, and export to 1080 × 1920 (9:16) in high-quality H.264. Burned-in captions must follow the style already defined in the template, and audio should be levelled so speech sits comfortably around –14 LUFS.

Deliverables
• 38 finished MP4 files, naming each one 01-38 according to my list
• The editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you use) with all assets relinked
