Podcast Episode Audio Editing

I have a podcast audio editing project, and I’m looking for someone experienced to handle it.

There are currently 18 episodes, each around 2–3 minutes long. I'd like to start with 1 episode as a sample. If the quality meets my requirements, I will need the remaining 17 episodes edited as well.

For each episode, the work includes:
• Remove unnecessary pauses
• Remove “um”, “err” and other obvious verbal fillers
• Add the supplied podcast intro and outro
• Add supplied background music and balance it properly under the voice
• Keep the voice clear and natural
• Export each finished episode as MP3
• Follow my existing podcast style
• Use the exact episode number and title provided by me

The first task will be only 1 episode as a sample. If it meets the requirements, there will be 17 more episodes.
