PNG to SVG & Layered PSD

I have a low-resolution PNG that I now need in two professional formats:

• An SVG that scales crisply for both web and high-resolution print work.
• A fully editable PSD where text, graphic elements, and background elements sit on their own layers.

Please keep the original proportions intact—no stretching or arbitrary cropping—just rebuild the artwork cleanly. I’ll be checking that the vector paths are precise, colours match the source, and every PSD layer is clearly named so future edits are painless.

You’re free to use Illustrator, Photoshop, or comparable tools, as long as the final files open flawlessly in the current Adobe CC suite. Once done, send me the SVG and the layered PSD, along with a quick preview PNG so I can confirm everything looks right before we finalise.
