PMO Upgrade & Efficiency Optimization

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced project management consultant or team to lead an upgrade of our Project Management Office (PMO). The goal of this project is to enhance our current PMO processes, tools, and governance framework to increase efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational strategies.
Scope of Work:
Assess the current PMO structure, processes, and performance metrics.
Design and implement improvements in project governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
Recommend and implement project management tools or software enhancements.
Develop standardized templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of new PMO practices.
Monitor effectiveness post-implementation and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
PMO development and transformation
Project portfolio management (PPM)
Process optimization and workflow design
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
Change management and team training
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
