PM Exchange — Website R&D & Concept Review

We're exploring an idea called PM Exchange, a private, subscription-based online community exclusively for project managers.
We're not looking to build the website yet! We're looking for someone creative who enjoys early-stage R&D, website strategy, and helping turn ideas into practical solutions.
The Concept
PM Exchange would allow approved, paying project managers to share experiences, discuss real projects, solve challenges, exchange templates, explore AI and emerging technologies, and learn from one another.
We already have an early AI-generated website prototype to help illustrate the idea.
What We'd Love Your Help With
Review our concept and prototype. What works? What doesn't?
Recommend features that would make PMs want to join and stay.
Suggest a simple website structure and initial MVP.
Identify ways to differentiate PM Exchange from existing communities.
Recommend affordable development options, including AI-assisted and no-code platforms.
Provide a rough first-year cost estimate, including startup, monthly operating costs, and potential subscription revenue at 50, 100, and 250 members.
Deliverable
A short 2–3 page assessment with your recommendations, estimated costs, and suggested next steps. Nothing overly formal!
We're especially interested in fresh ideas and constructive feedback.
Who We're Looking For
Someone familiar with website strategy, UX/UI, online communities, product development, or project management.
This is a small R&D project, not a website-building contract. If things go well, there may be opportunities to collaborate on future development.
