Plumbing & Electrical Layout Drawings

I have a 900 sq ft bar-restaurant space and a rough sketch that already marks where I want the sinks, floor drains, ice machines, dishwasher, cooler boxes, lighting points, outlets, and service panel to go. What I need now are complete, permit-ready drawings that show:

• A full plumbing layout using standard supply and waste materials, including line sizes, clean-outs, venting, and connection details to the main water service and grease interceptor.
• An electrical plan that covers panel schedules, circuiting, conduit runs, load calculations, receptacle and equipment drops, emergency lighting, and switching.

Your sheets should be layered for easy reading (PDF + CAD), dimensioned, and annotated clearly enough for both my contractor and the local authority to approve without back-and-forth. I will provide the base floor plan and all fixture/equipment cut-sheets as soon as we start.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Plumbing and electrical drawings coordinate with each other and with my fixture list.
2. All codes followed for a typical U.S. restaurant build-out (please flag any local amendments you need clarified).
3. Two rounds of minor revisions included after the first review.
