I have a malpractice-related civil pleading titled “Request to Revise.” I need a licensed attorney to read the document carefully, verify that it meets all applicable procedural and substantive rules, and then translate those compliance points into plain-English action items I can follow. This assignment should take an attorney no more than three hours to complete.
The end result I am expecting:
• A concise, attorney-level memo confirming whether the pleading is fully compliant or, if not, calling out each deficiency with the relevant rule or statute cited. The primary concern is that a pro se litigant only makes those revisions which are "reasonable" and not prejudicial, and an attorney will be able to determine which revisions they would or would not make, if they stood in Plaintiff's stead.
• A separate one-page checklist written in layman’s terms which lists, in paragraph order, each of the requested revisions. Any revisions which are prejudicial and should not be made should be flagged as applicable, and the legal basis provided to Plaintiff for use to explain any revisions which have not been made.
Please keep legal jargon to a minimum in the checklist, but feel free to cite rules precisely in the memo. I will provide the full “Request to Revise” immediately upon award and would like the turnaround within two business days.
