I need a hands-on mechatronics engineer in Bengaluru who can take my concept from paper to a working prototype within the next eight weeks. The core of the build revolves around Siemens PLCs orchestrating two key functions: automating a specific industrial process and executing precise robotics & motion control.

Servo motors are mandatory for the motion stages, and I’m open to integrating any additional sensors or actuators the design demands, provided they mesh smoothly with the Siemens environment (TIA Portal, Step 7, alike). Solid experience in PLC ladder/structured-text programming, kinematics, and mechanical integration will be essential because the prototype must run reliably on the shop floor for live demonstrations.

Deliverables
• Detailed system architecture and BOM
• All CAD, electrical, and pneumatic drawings
• PLC code, HMI screens, and commented source files
• Fully assembled, tested prototype with on-site commissioning
• User manual, maintenance guide, and a brief handover session

Acceptance criteria
The unit should cycle through the target process autonomously, hit repeatability within ±0.1 mm on motion tasks, and sustain an eight-hour test run without fault codes.

If you are available for regular in-person reviews at my Bengaluru facility and can meet the eight-week window, let’s talk details right away.
