Playful Psychology Instagram Templates

I’m refreshing the Instagram presence of my small psychology practice in Adelaide and would like six reusable Canva templates that feel bright, welcoming and a little playful without losing professional credibility. I was particularly inspired by Jean Hailes 2026 Womens Health Week content, it does not need to be in anyway the same but I love the feeling and texture of it. Can negotiate price in discussions depending on complexity and scope of work.

Scope
• 3 carousel templates (5–10 frames each)
• 3 single-image post templates

Content focus
– Educational snippets on mental health
– Uplifting quotes and inspiration
– Occasional business announcements such as upcoming groups or new team members

Brand & colour direction
I’ll share our full Brand Kit (fonts, logos, primary palette). One carousel set should stick closely to these colours; the others can experiment with bolder, complementary shades to help key messages pop while staying on-brand.

Technical notes
• Built in Canva so I can edit them later
• Instagram-ready 1080×1080 px sizing
• Consistent typography hierarchy and placeholder copy areas
• Room for royalty-free imagery or simple illustrations/icons that match the playful tone
• All assets delivered as shareable Canva links plus exported PNG examples for reference
