Playful Brewery Branding Needed

I'm looking for a creative designer to develop a full brand package for my brewery based in Edinburgh. The brand should tie into the natural world from which the ingredients for beer are harvested. The brand could modernise traditional folkloric iconography/characters (John Barleycorn) to provide a modern, playful aesthetic with reference/root in traditional senses of place/brewing tradition. The brand should focus on creating a soft, welcoming world rather than abstract minimalism or extravagant patterns.

The project includes:
- Logo Design
- Brand Colours
- Beer keg badges

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong portfolio in playful and modern designs
- Knowledge of the craft brewing industry (Common brands, design cliches)
- Proficient in creating cohesive brand identities
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative feedback
