Player Points & Level Screen

I need to add a brand-new screen to my football-league management app so that every time a player scores, the system awards points based on the fixed table I already maintain in the codebase. Once a player accumulates 30 goals, their level must automatically increase and the goal counter for the next level-up should start from zero (while total goals remain stored for stats).

On this screen the user should immediately see:
• Current points earned from goals
• Total goals scored
• Present level

No other data is required right now—keep it clean and fast to read.

Important implementation notes
• Use the existing, immutable points table; it must not be editable anywhere in the app.
• Trigger the level-up logic precisely at every 30-goal threshold.
• Preserve the rest of the app’s architecture; I only want to plug in this feature without breaking current league or match flows.
• The UI needs to match the style of the app (Material Design guidelines are in place).

Deliverable
A pull request (or equivalent) containing the new screen, updated models/services, and brief setup notes so I can test the calculation and UI right away.
