Need Freelance Chemical & Mechanical Engineers for 3 TPD Plastic Pyrolysis to BS6 Diesel Plant Design
About Project:
We are setting up an advanced, 100% pollution-free "Plastic Waste to Premium Diesel" refinery plant in Mathura, UP under EcoDrive BioFuels. We need expert freelance engineers (Chemical, Mechanical & Process Automation) to design the plant for in-house fabrication.
Project Requirements:
1. Plant Capacity: 3 TPD (Tons Per Day) - Batch Type Reactor System.
2. Final Product: Ultra-Low Sulfur Commercial Diesel (BS6 standard: Sulfur < 8 ppm, Cetane 55-58, Density 833-840).
3. 100% Zero Pollution: Must include a closed-loop Syn-Gas recycling system, water recycling (Zero Liquid Discharge - ZLD), and a dual-stage flue gas scrubber system.
4. Automation: Design for a semi-automatic PLC-based instrumentation panel to monitor temperature and pressure.
Deliverables Needed:
• Chemical Mass & Energy Balance Sheet.
• 3D AutoCAD / SolidWorks design for Reactor, Fractionating Distillation Column, Condenser, and complete BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Technical guidance for our local fabrication workshop teams.
