Planning Drawings: Warehouse Extension

I’m taking my 18 m × 18 m steel-portal warehouse and adding a matching 18 m × 18 m bay across the front. To secure planning consent I need a clean, professional drawing package—nothing construction-level yet, just the material the council expects for validation.
You’ll start with everything I already have: rough hand sketches, a full set of existing survey drawings, a current site plan with boundaries and surrounding roads, plus a batch of photographs. From those references I need you to prepare the following in CAD and supply them as collated, print-ready PDFs (DWG files as a secondary export would be handy too):
• Site plan at the required scale showing the new footprint in context
• Existing vs. proposed floor plans (ground and roof if needed)
• Key cross-sections through both the original and the new bay
• All four elevations, tying old and new together
• A street-scene montage that illustrates massing against neighbouring buildings and roadway sight-lines
Because the extension is purely for additional storage/warehousing, internal layouts are simple; the focus is on accurate envelope, ridge heights and cladding lines. Keep annotation, north points, scale bars and title blocks planning-compliant, and follow UK planning standards for line weight and hatch conventions.
Send the first draft for a quick mark-up round, then a final PDF set ready for submission.
