We need an experienced motion graphics designer to create a **30–45 second social video for PlanCare**, promoting its **$750 New Client Bonus** and broader value proposition of greater choice, control and value in aged care.
### Target Audience
The video is specifically aimed at **older Australians who have a Support at Home package and are considering their choice of provider**.
This demographic needs to inform the creative approach throughout. The content should feel **warm, trustworthy, reassuring and easy to understand**, rather than fast-paced or overly stylised. Accessibility and clarity are critical, particularly for viewers who may have reduced vision or be less comfortable with complex digital content.
Creative considerations should include:
* Large, highly legible typography with strong contrast
* Simple, direct messaging with enough screen time to comfortably read each message
* Clear visual hierarchy and uncluttered layouts
* Gentle transitions and restrained motion rather than rapid cuts or excessive animation
* Warm, relatable imagery featuring older Australians and everyday independence
* Simple, immediately recognisable iconography
* An overall tone that feels positive and empowering, **not clinical, institutional or patronising**
The core message is that eligible new PlanCare clients can **receive up to $750 towards their care**, including meals, transport, social support, cleaning, gardening and other everyday services.
The animation should then reinforce the broader PlanCare proposition of **more value, more choice and more control**, supported by warm lifestyle imagery.
### Creative Direction
The style should be **clean, modern and polished**, using subtle icon and text animation, light transitions and minimal character or image movement. This is not intended to be a highly complex animation. The priority is communicating the offer clearly and memorably while maintaining engagement.
Consistent PlanCare colours, fonts and branding must be used throughout. We will provide the full brand kit and detailed content/voiceover brief.
The finished video needs to be supplied in:
* **9:16**
* **4:5**
* **1:1**
* **16:9**
All versions should be **1080p minimum**, run for the same 30–45 second duration and be properly composed for each format rather than simply cropped from one master. The source brief specifies these formats and a clean, highly legible motion-graphics treatment.
### Deliverables
Please supply the four final MP4 exports plus the **editable After Effects project file (or equivalent), all linked assets and a neatly organised project folder** so our team can adapt or localise the creative in future.
If music is used, it should be subtle, royalty-free and appropriate for the demographic, with licence details supplied.
When applying, please include **relevant examples of motion graphics work**, particularly any projects created for older audiences, healthcare, aged care or similarly accessibility-conscious demographics, along with your estimated lead time and how you would approach the initial storyboard.
