PIR Cool Room Shop Drawings

I need draft shop drawings for a new 230 m² cool room (red area in the attached picture) that will sit inside an existing warehouse. The envelope will be built exclusively from PIR insulated panels, and the footprint should remain a clean, standard rectangular layout. Cooling will be handled by a refrigeration unit.

You will be working from an existing warehouse architectural drawing that I will supply.
Insulated panel spec and refrigeration unit spec I will supply.
I will also provide some concept sketch of ceiling plan and connection detail.

Your task is to draft shop drawing/issue for construction drawing that can be used for structual engineer endorsement, building surveyor approval.

Deliverables
• Floor plan showing panel arrangement, door location and overall dimensions
• Reflected ceiling plan noting panel junctions, lighting positions and hang-points
• Building sections highlighting internal clear height, panel laps and floor-to-ceiling junctions
• Connection details for wall-to-floor, panel-to-wall, wall-to-ceiling and panel-to-panel joints

Acceptance criteria
Must have experience in performing cool room design, good understanding of requirements from local panel supplier, engineer and building surveyor. Drafter licence and ABN.

One issue for review version, implement engineer and building surveyor comments, one issue for construction version. I will consider the work complete once the set ready for my structural engineer endorsement and building surveyor approval.
