Pipedrive Fields Reorganization & Cleanup

For several years I have been growing a customised Pipedrive instance to track deals, contacts and activities. The database is now cluttered with legacy fields and sprawling drop-downs that make reporting painful and force the team to hunt for the right inputs. I want an experienced Pipedrive specialist to sit with me (remotely is fine), review the current setup and reshape it so every field, pick-list and automation serves a clear purpose.

Here is what I need:
• Audit the current pipeline, deal, person and organisation fields, then remove or merge anything we no longer use.
• Rationalise the drop-down menus so reps see concise, intuitive options.
• Configure mandatory fields at key stages to guarantee our data remains complete for reporting.
• Preserve all historic records and relationships while you work, ensuring no data is lost.

We already lean on Pipedrive’s native reports and occasionally export to spreadsheets, so clean data is critical. If you know the advanced settings, bulk-edit tools, Data Import/Export and the API that’s a plus—future-proofing the setup for possible integrations matters to me.
