Pipe Fabrication Drawing

I need a complete fabrication drawing for a 750 NB × 10 mm thickness × 6 mtr long pipe that will be rolled from SA 387 Gr P22 alloy steel plate. The fabrication of pipe shall be carried out as per ASME code.

The drawing has to cover the entire workflow - plate layout and cut sizes, rolling dimensions and tolerances, longitudinal seam weld call-outs in line with standard shop procedures, full weld symbols, and all inspection and testing notes that Section VIII expects. Please include hydrostatic test pressure, NDE references, and any mandatory PWHT notes for P22.

Deliverables
• Fabrication drawing in PDF and original CAD format (DWG)
• Bill of materials and weld consumable list
• Written notes page covering inspection, NDE, and test requirements tied to the drawing call-outs

I will review the file before releasing final acceptance.
