Ping Identity/PingDirectory/PingOne Expert Needed

* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Directory and PingOne.
* Proven experience designing enterprise Ping Directory architecture for high availability, replication, and disaster recovery.
* Extensive experience implementing and administering PingOne in production environments.
* Lead the consolidation of multiple identity sources into Ping Directory and PingOne.
* Design identity data models, attribute mappings, and synchronization strategies within Ping Identity.
* Integrate Ping Directory with PingOne for centralized identity management and authentication.
* Experience integrating PingOne/Ping Directory with Microsoft Entra ID and other enterprise identity sources.
* Design scalable identity synchronization and provisioning solutions using Ping Identity products.
* Configure and optimize Ping Directory replication, indexing, and performance tuning.
* Develop migration strategies from legacy LDAP directories into Ping Directory with minimal downtime.
* Configure PingOne authentication policies, MFA, adaptive authentication, and access policies.
* Design secure SSO solutions using PingOne with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
* Define identity correlation and immutable unique identifier strategies across multiple identity repositories.
* Troubleshoot complex issues involving Ping Directory replication, LDAP, certificates, synchronization, and federation.
* Develop architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational documentation for Ping Identity deployments.
* Experience deploying Ping Directory and PingOne in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
* Work independently as the technical lead for Ping Identity architecture, implementation, and production support.
* Experience in financial services, banking, mortgage, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
* Ping Identity certifications (Ping Directory, PingOne, or related) are highly desirable.
