Pin Teleprompter Window On Top

I’m on Windows and I use a small teleprompter app during live calls and recordings. I need that window permanently pinned in the foreground so I can read it while I share my screen, yet it must stay invisible to everyone else on the call or in the recording.

I’ve experimented with Microsoft PowerToys but haven’t found the right combination of settings, shortcuts, or overlays to achieve both “always-on-top” and “local-only” visibility for this single application. If you know how to fine-tune PowerToys, complement it with AutoHotkey, virtual desktop tricks, or any other lightweight method, I’d like you to:

• Configure or script the exact workflow on my Windows machine for this specific teleprompter app.
• Provide a quick toggle (hotkey or tray icon) so I can turn the overlay on and off mid-meeting.
• Supply clear, step-by-step notes or a short screen-recording so I can replicate the setup later.

Once it’s set, the teleprompter must stay on top of every window on my screen but remain hidden from any external capture (Zoom, Teams, OBS, etc.). If you’re confident you can make that happen smoothly, let’s connect.
