JOB TITLE

Boeing 737 NG/MAX Nine Pre-Simulator Briefing Presentations

PROJECT

Create nine separate, professional pre-simulator briefing decks for B737-800/B737-8 Command Upgrade Training, covering FFS Lessons 1 to 9.

Each deck must prepare trainees for the exercises prescribed in that session’s FFS form. Technical content must strictly conform to the supplied FCOM, FCTM, QRH, QRG, AFM, MEL/DDG, Operations Manuals, CRM Manual and instructor material.

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED

* FFS Lesson Forms 1 to 9
* Applicable OEM and company manuals
* Approved PowerPoint template
* Completed sample presentation showing the expected content, design and referencing standard
* Technical review and corrections from a B737 instructor

REQUIREMENTS

* Nine separate, fully editable 16:9 PowerPoint presentations
* Concise, visually attractive airline-training design
* Tables, system diagrams, flight-path diagrams, process flows and cockpit callouts where relevant
* PF/PM duties, standard calls, TEM/CRM considerations and common errors
* NG/MAX differences identified where applicable
* Source reference on every technical slide
* Detailed manual references in speaker notes
* No invented procedures, callouts, limitations or technical information
* Any conflict or ambiguity between manuals must be flagged for instructor review
* Visual style must follow the supplied template and sample presentation

DISCLAIMER

Every presentation must contain an opening disclaimer slide and a short footer on applicable slides:

“For training preparation only. In case of any discrepancy, current approved OEM and company manuals, QRH, AFM, MEL/DDG and regulatory publications shall prevail.”

AI/LLM USE

AI or LLM tools may be used to assist with drafting, summarisation and visual development. However:

* All AI-generated content must be manually verified against the supplied manuals.
* AI-generated references or unsupported technical statements are unacceptable.
* Confidential manuals must not be uploaded to public or unsecured AI platforms.
* The freelancer remains responsible for accuracy, traceability and confidentiality.

DELIVERABLES

* Nine editable PPTX files
* PDF copy of every deck
* High-resolution PNG images of all slides
* Editable diagrams and visual elements
* Slide-to-source traceability sheet
* Commercially licensed fonts, icons and assets

WORKFLOW

1. Map every FFS exercise to proposed slides and manual references.
2. Produce three paid sample slides for approval.
3. Develop and review one FFS deck at a time.
4. Implement technical and design corrections.
5. Deliver all editable and exported files.

TIMEFRAME

Expected duration: 18 days{1 PPT delivery every 2 days)

PAYMENT

Payments should be milestone-based:

* Paid sample and content mapping: 10%
* FFS 1–3 approval: 25%
* FFS 4–6 approval: 25%
* FFS 7–9 approval: 25%
* Final corrections and complete source files: 15%

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience with technical, aviation, engineering, defence or safety-training presentations. Boeing 737 or airline-training experience will be strongly preferred.
