Piano Recital Video & Photos

I’m hosting a small, 25-person piano recital in my East York home and I want the entire atmosphere preserved on both video and stills so I can share it with student families and use it for future studio promotion. You’ll be needed during the performance itself and for a brief period afterward to capture congratulations and casual conversation.

The shoot will call for three kinds of imagery:
• Wide shots of the entire room
• Close-ups of the performers at the keyboard
• Candid moments among the audience

Please bring a camera setup that handles low-light indoor situations well (DSLR or mirrorless with fast lenses preferred). Clean, unshaken video—whether handheld with good stabilization or on a tripod—plus clear audio from an external mic is important so that parents can hear every note.

Deliverables I’m expecting: a set of color-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs and a continuous video file (or neatly organized clips) delivered via download link within a week of the event. Basic trimming and light edits are fine; no heavy post-production is required.

The date, exact address in East York, and schedule details will be provided once we agree to proceed. Looking forward to seeing how you can help me showcase this recital beautifully.
