Physical Text To Spreadsheet Entry

I need handwritten and printed text that currently sits on paper documents transcribed into a clean spreadsheet. You will receive high-resolution scans of each page along with a ready-made Google Sheets template; every document corresponds to one row, and the columns capture the key fields exactly as they appear—no guessing, no reformatting beyond the template.

Accuracy matters because the file feeds a live database once finished. Please keep spellings and capitalization true to the source, flag anything you can’t read, and work with care so I can import the file without additional cleanup.

Deliverables

• A short note listing any unreadable or missing entries
