PHP Website Error Fixing and implement a basic crm as decribed below.

My PHP-based site has been accumulating a mix of front-end and back-end problems that now needs to be fixed + i need to implement some new functions.
Here is a comlete list of what needs to be done:
1. When searching with bedroom, the input number must be the minimal. i.e. 3 bd is 3+. 3bd,4bd etc. anything with bedrooms 3 and more
2. When changing from sale to rent on hp, the price filters are still for sale. Must be 500 eur, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000,4000, …. 10000, 10 000 +
3. Pagınatıon from all search doesn’t workç you press page 40 ıt goes to page 4 and so on
4. Add property ID number on thumbnail footer by replacing “active” or “sold” etc
5. Subsrcibe for property alerts doesn’t work – fix it.
6. Check if deleted listings AND media (pictures) are removed from the server. For example 217 ID and many more are deleted from the system but still show on the front end )not ın admın. please find this error, report it back to me, and then fix.
7. Can we scroll images on the thumbnails, without reducing page loading and browsing speed.
8. Remove Logo Relux from header and replace with Home button
9. Replace “Home” button on header with “Subscribe for required property Alerts”
10. Rented property should have a visible orange sign “RENTED until xx/xx/202x (date added by admin). May be shown on the main photo?
11. Add forgot/restore password when trying to login to admin panel
12. Check all the coding generally, there are many mistakes and/or bugs.
13. Pagination is not working correctly on admin panel, fix it and remove the last 300 option.
14. On listing page: Make more visible property price and icons below the price (by altering size and/or colour)
15. Add below the price Telephone and whatsapp number
16. On property page, Replace “recent properties” with similar properties filtered by property type and price +/-25% of the price. Highlight in orange.
17. Add energy efficiency icon to each listing (chosen by admin when adding a listing)
18. On property page show first overview, then features, then description
19. Admin cannot add Property type “residential Building” must be also synchronised / added in the bazaraki.com xml
20. Have the option to duplicate ads on back end
21. Optimise MYSQL
22. Add whatsapp Chat option on home page
23. Back end / admin panel: When adding new listing “Property area” must be on the second tab and the value must be automatically generated by adding together internal area + covered verandas + uncovered verandas for apartments, and for houses same as apartment + Plot area.
24. Special offer tab on listing icon must be more visible (may be bigger on the bottom, or in red backgtound, etc..)
25. “sold” properties are not visible in the front. They must be visible, but with a BIGGER RED / orange SIGN / banner “Reserved” placed diagonal on the thumbnail photo.
26. Please disallow indexing by search engines in robots.tx do we I still need it ?
27. We have added new amenities that are not shown on the compare page (Check First)
28. Auto description is not working. Short auto description must be added automatically for each property, without overexhaturating like in AI versions does.
Autodescriptions structure ( Property subtype, property type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, total m2, Location, asking price =)
29. Back/admin By default Add disclaimer text at the end in the description box: Disclaimer: Property information, measurements, photographs and other details are provided in good faith and are subject to verification.
30. When adding a land, on the front end shows some wrong details (bedrooms, bathrooms open verandas, covered area) they are not selected at the admin panelCHECK .
31. Have a Before – After price option. Price before shown crossed. New price = in red?
32. When adding pictures, we must be able to sort their order by drag and drop, not by numbers as it is now. Also have the select all option in case if we want to remove all pictures. Sometimes we delete pictures, add new pictures, but the ad keeps showing the old pics in front end even after ctrl+f5.
33. Once a property is deleted from admin, it must stay on the same page, and not jump to the first page again.
34. All the listings are loading very slow at the admin panel. Report me back why, and how to fix.
35. Keep the xml settings with bazaraki.com and add provided xml settings with other suppliers so their listings are shown on our websit eimmediatelly.
36. At the property page in the back end, ad a column named “SOP” (source of property) named baz/m/B/o (able to add and remove values) to be shown only to the admin. The values are added when creating a listing, but visible only at the back end to the admin.
37. Ad not being saved or duplicates especially when you choose a lot of amentities or ad new pictures. Find error- report, after fix
38. On mobile version, in advance search there is no areas visible.
39. Property owner details are visible only to Admin. In order for staff to view contact details of the owner at the admin panel, the staff must first provide the name and contact details of the potential buyer. All the potential buyers will be registered in the back end, and visible only to the admin. Don’t show property owners contact info, if the client details are already registered in the system (instead give a worning block – confirm client registration with MZ). They must have the fields: name, surname, telephone, email, status, agent, Lid, comments, propert ID that was already offered to the client, Date when client was created. Have a search button to be able to search the client by name, surname, email or telephone number. Basically, this paragraph is like a a simple crm, which with the time we will be expanding and should accumulate large number of database (text only, not mb or images)
40. Submit your own property doesn’t work correct. Test it first.
41. Can we implement a map option. Where all the listings will be shown on the map, user can also choose the map area. But location should not be exact, just showing the area.
