I have an existing PHP web application with a handful of front-end glitches that are starting to frustrate users. Buttons drift out of place, forms sometimes refuse to submit, and certain pages break on smaller screens. The backend and database are solid; I only need precise fixes to the user interface.

Everything sits in a Git repository. Once you have access, reproduce the reported issues, trace the root cause in the PHP templates, CSS, or JavaScript, and push clean, well-commented corrections. Please preserve the current structure—no heavy refactors—just targeted repairs that restore a consistent look and feel across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Deliverables:
• Pull request containing all UI bug fixes with clear inline comments.
• Brief changelog summarizing each problem, its cause, and the implemented solution.
• Confirmation that updated pages pass responsive and cross-browser checks without introducing new errors.

If you’re comfortable tidying up legacy PHP front-end code within a version-controlled workflow, I’m ready to collaborate right away.
