PHP Google Instant Indexer

I need a compact PHP-based tool that lets me paste a URL, hit submit, and have Google pick it up within minutes. The workflow is simple: enter one or more URLs, the script calls the Google Indexing API, and I immediately see a status message that confirms whether the request was accepted or if it needs to be retried. A small dashboard that logs previous submissions and their current index status would be ideal, but the primary goal is speed and reliability.

The code must be written in PHP, cleanly commented, and easy for me to deploy on a standard LAMP stack. Please include clear setup instructions (API credentials, rate limits, cron recommendations for any background checks) and keep external dependencies to a minimum. I’ll test by submitting a handful of pages and verifying that the API response shows ‘URL notified’ without errors.
