I need my custom PHP-based store rebuilt on WordPress so I can manage everything through WooCommerce. The current site only handles products, and every SKU, image, description, customer record, and order history must come across intact.

The finished WordPress build has to support:
• Inventory management that updates stock automatically after every sale
• A fully-configured payment gateway (I’m using Stripe and PayPal now, but I’m open to a comparable solution)
• Native product reviews shown on each item page and reflected in the overall rating

Beyond those essentials, please keep the existing design language, preserve all current URLs or set up proper 301 redirects, and ensure the new theme is responsive and quick to load.

When you reply, focus on your experience handling similar PHP-to-WordPress migrations. I’m especially interested in examples where you dealt with large product catalogs, custom checkout logic, or tricky data imports.

The hand-off I expect: a live WordPress site on my server, a documented child theme or custom plugin codebase, and a short walk-through video so I’m comfortable managing products, orders, and reports on my own.
