Photoshop Expert for E-commerce Shoe Products

## Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Photoshop expert to help us create consistent, professional product images for our e-commerce store, **www.shus.dk**, which sells handmade wool slippers, shoes, and boots.

Currently, our product images are inconsistent in terms of angles, positioning, lighting, and appearance. We want to create a clean, uniform, and professional look across our entire product collection.

### Project Scope

We have **6 different shoe models**, and each model is available in **13 different colors**.

This means we need a total of **78 finished product images**.

The goal is to create **one perfect master image for each of the 6 shoe models**, and then professionally change only the wool color to produce the 13 color variations.

### What We Need

**1. Create 6 Master Images**

- Select or prepare one high-quality master image for each shoe model.
- Ensure consistent positioning, angle, lighting, size, and framing across all 6 models.
- All images must have the same 3:4 aspect ratio.
- The shoes must be positioned consistently so they look professional when displayed next to each other in our webshop.
- Maintain the exact original design and shape of each shoe.

**2. Create 13 Color Variations per Model**

- Each master image must be reproduced in 13 different wool colors.
- We will provide reference images showing the exact colors.
- Only the wool material should change color.
- The sole, leather, rubber, stitching, labels, logos, and all other details must remain completely unchanged.
- The wool texture, fibers, shadows, and natural appearance must be preserved.
- Color changes must look realistic, as if the shoes were originally photographed in that color.

**3. Professional Photoshop Layer Editing**

We believe the best approach is to use Photoshop with carefully separated layers and masks.

For example:
- Wool material on a separate editable layer or mask.
- Sole and other materials protected from color adjustments.
- Non-destructive color adjustments.
- Consistent lighting, shadows, and textures across all variations.

We are open to other professional techniques, provided the results are realistic and consistent.

### Important Requirements

- **Do not redesign or modify the shoes.**
- Do not change the shape, proportions, soles, stitching, or branding.
- Do not use AI-generated replacements that alter product details.
- Only change the wool color.
- All 13 variations of each model must look identical except for the wool color.
- Accurate color matching is extremely important.
- The final images must be suitable for a professional e-commerce store.

### Deliverables

- 6 professionally prepared master images.
- 78 finished product images (6 models × 13 colors).
- All images in a consistent 3:4 format.
- High-resolution images suitable for Shopify.
- Clean, consistent backgrounds.
- Original layered Photoshop PSD files so we can easily make future color changes.

### Before Starting

We would like to begin with **one test image**.

We will provide one shoe model and reference images for 2–3 colors.

You should demonstrate that you can change the wool color while keeping everything else completely identical.

If the quality meets our expectations, we will proceed with the complete project.
