Photorealistic Texas Estate Visualization

Luxury Residential Architectural Renderings — Modern Texas Estate

Project Overview

I am looking for a talented architectural visualization artist to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings for a luxury residential property located in Colleyville, Texas.

I have existing architectural drawings and an established exterior design direction. I need someone who can translate these drawings into beautiful, realistic visualizations while maintaining the actual architecture, proportions, rooflines, window placements, and material selections shown in the plans.

The goal is to bring this home to life visually so I can evaluate design details, communicate with the builder, and develop professional marketing materials.

This is a real residential project, so architectural accuracy is extremely important. I am not looking for someone to simply create an attractive house inspired by my drawings. I need the renderings to reflect the actual design.

Initial Project Scope

1. Front Exterior Rendering

Create a photorealistic rendering of the home's front elevation using the supplied architectural drawings.

The rendering should accurately reflect:

Rooflines, roof pitches, and overall architectural massing.

Window and door locations, sizes, and groupings.

Stone placement and exterior wall configurations.

The central entry and front elevation details.

Overall proportions and dimensions shown in the drawings.

2. Exterior Materials and Finishes

The established design direction includes:

Texas limestone.

Smooth stucco.

Light standing-seam metal roofing.

Dark window frames and complementary exterior details.

Warm architectural and landscape lighting.

Please preserve the intended material palette unless a change is specifically requested.

3. Landscaping and Exterior Presentation

Develop a sophisticated landscape concept that complements the architecture, including:

Layered, drought-tolerant planting.

Sculptural agave and ornamental grasses.

Carefully designed entry landscaping.

Architectural uplighting.

A refined front approach and walkway.

Realistic trees, lawn, shadows, and environmental context.

The desired aesthetic is elevated, timeless, and appropriate for a luxury Texas estate.

4. Additional Views and Future Work

The initial priority is the front exterior. Depending on the quality of the work and collaboration, additional projects may include:

Alternate exterior design options.

Rear elevation and backyard renderings.

Pool and outdoor living areas.

Side elevations.

Interior renderings.

Additional marketing-quality architectural imagery.

Required Qualifications

Please apply only if you have experience with professional residential architectural visualization.

I am looking for someone who:

Has a strong portfolio of photorealistic luxury homes.

Can work accurately from architectural elevations and plans.

Understands architectural proportions, materials, lighting, and landscaping.

Can create realistic stone, stucco, metal roofing, glass, and exterior finishes.

Communicates clearly and follows design feedback.

Can make targeted revisions without unnecessarily changing approved architectural details.

Experience with 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, or comparable professional visualization tools is welcome.

Deliverables

For the initial project, please propose a price and timeline for:

One photorealistic front exterior rendering.

One initial draft for review.

Up to two reasonable revision rounds.

A high-resolution final image suitable for presentations and digital marketing.

A clearly defined process for confirming architectural accuracy before final rendering.

Please specify whether your price includes the editable 3D scene/model and what additional costs may apply for source files, extra views, or major design changes.
