Photorealistic Site Plan Rendering

I already have proposed site/plot plan in both CAD and PDF and now need it brought to life for presentation, as a photorealistic 3-D scene. Please build an accurate model from the drawings, keep every dimension and layout true to the plans, and then dress the exterior in realistic wood and siding finishes.
For mood, render under a warm sunset / sunrise light so we get long, soft shadows and a natural glow on the materials. The setting should feel believable, so add context: sky, distant horizon, and landscaping. I want grass and shrubs around the structure and clean paved walkways that flow logically with the plan.

Deliverables (all high-resolution, print-ready):
• One fully textured 3-D model of the site (any common format that retains materials)
• Still images from 2-3 hero angles at 4K or higher
• Source files for future edits (lighting scene, texture maps)

Acceptance criteria: model matches the CAD footprint within tolerance, finishes read clearly as wood/siding, sunset lighting is balanced (no blown highlights), and landscaping elements appear natural and properly scaled.
