Photorealistic Pop Video Animation

I am an experienced promos director with no idea how to use ai.

I am making a 2 minute twenty second music video that brings still images of one performer (mostly with a non singing second person in frame) to life through photorealistic lip sync and facial performance ai.

Key Requirements:
- Transform photographs into completely believable moving images.
- Photorealistic lip-sync and facial animations.

I want the delivery of individual shots at 1080p (250mbs approx) with one second in and out tails. Not looking for final edit.

PLEASE NOTE - I will firstly commission and pay for one test shot to verify if you can deliver the quality I need and whether you can take my direction. If you deliver we'll go on to the next few shots! The whole video consists of 24 shots.
I am proposing to pay £60 per shot, which must INCLUDE reasonable revisions to shots as necessary. So the total job is worth £1500. I am putting 'Micro' in the budget just because I am initially only buying the first shot.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in animation of still photographs
- Strong portfolio in photorealistic animations.
- Experience with lip sync and facial performance animation.
Fluent English speaker needed

Please share relevant work samples. I need to see a few photographs and samples of the lip synched moving footage you made from them, please display emotional facial performances, with direct eye contact if possible, but also restrained, this is an intelligent video.
