We need an experienced AI video producer to make a short video for our internal all-staff meeting in November. The video runs about 6 minutes (5:50).
The video
Walt Disney, as he looked in the mid-1950s, visits our CEO at our office. They talk in her office for about 3 minutes. Then a fairy-dust transition moves them downstairs, where Walt speaks to our staff and the CEO closes the video. The tone is warm, light and a little magical.
What we provide
A finished script with 17 shots, timing, character notes, and audio and music cues
Reference photos and video of our office and our CEO
Our CEO’s signed consent to use her likeness and voice
Our logo and brand colors
[The closing song file, or note that you source it]
We handle all rights and licensing for the likeness, the characters and the music
What you’ll create
A photoreal AI Walt Disney: his look, voice and lip sync, consistent across every shot
Our CEO, either filmed live with a stand-in for Walt or built with AI from our references. Tell us which you recommend.
A Tinker Bell transition and a 5-second cameo of Mickey Mouse
Fairy dust effects, an end card with our logo, and a fade to black
Sound design, the music mix and captions
Deliverables
A Walt character sheet for our approval before production starts
A rough cut for review
The final MP4 (H.264): 16:9, 1920x1080 minimum (4K preferred), 24 fps
An SRT captions file
Two rounds of revisions
Timeline
The final video is due by November 2, at least one week before the meeting.
To apply, include
2–3 examples of your AI video work with realistic people and lip sync
The tools you’ll use, and confirmation that they can produce a historical public figure and Disney characters
Your recommended approach: live filming with a stand-in, or fully AI
If you recommend live filming, where you’re located. Our office is in [city, state].
A fixed-price quote and timeline
Confidentiality
This video is for internal use only. You’ll sign an NDA before you get the full script. You can’t share the video or use it in your portfolio without our written permission.
