I need our master DWG layout transformed into a set of high-resolution, photorealistic isometric renders that will headline both our print brochure and the hero section of our website. The focus is on two key aspects: the architecture’s exterior massing and the way the building sits within its landscaped surroundings. Interior spaces are not required for this phase.

Scope
• Import and interpret the supplied DWG, modelling only what is necessary to produce striking exterior and site-context visuals.
• Develop a clean, single-scene setup that can be spun into several isometric camera angles.
• Apply realistic materials, daylighting, and vegetation so the images feel ready for marketing without additional post-work.

Deliverables
1. 3–4 isometric still images at 6K (brochure print-ready, CMYK and RGB).
2. Web-optimised versions (compressed JPEG/WebP at 2K).
3. Native 3D file (e.g., .max, .skp, or .blend) with organised layers for future edits.

Acceptance criteria
• All building footprints and site boundaries match the DWG precisely.
• Lighting, shadows, and materials read naturally at both print and web resolutions.
• Landscape elements enhance, never obscure, the architecture.
• Final files are delivered on time, clearly named, and ready for immediate placement in marketing collateral.

Common tools on similar projects have included 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or Blender + Cycles; choose whichever pipeline gets us the best photorealistic result. I will provide the DWG, brand colour references, and any required logos once we begin.
