Photorealistic Home & Outdoor 3D Model

I have a full set of architectural PDFs and the matching DWG file for my house. I need these converted into a single, editable 3D model in Archicad with photorealistic rendering quality. Once the base model is in place, I want to explore design options for three key outdoor features:

• Pool area
• Gazebo
• Campfire place

Scope of work
1. Import the existing plans from both the PDFs and DWG, recreating the structure and terrain accurately in Archicad.
2. Apply realistic materials, lighting, and landscaping so that interior and exterior views read as life-like renders.
3. Develop alternate layouts or placements for the pool, gazebo, and campfire area; I should be able to toggle or adjust these elements easily on my end.
4. Deliver high-resolution stills (and, if feasible, a short camera walk-through) that showcase the proposed outdoor upgrades in context with the house.

Acceptance criteria
• The .PLA/.PLN file opens in the latest Archicad release without missing textures or objects.
• Exterior and interior lighting renders realistically during day and dusk scenes.
• Each of the three outdoor features can be turned on/off or repositioned via layers or modules.
• Final still images are at least 4K resolution, suitable for presentation boards.
