I need a hyper-realistic digital avatar that captures every nuance of a real person’s face and upper body so it can be dropped straight into HeyGen for advert production. The end result must look indistinguishable from live-action footage and will be used only by my company, with full, exclusive usage rights transferred on delivery.
Here’s what I will supply the moment we start:
• High-resolution reference photos (multiple angles, neutral and expressive)
• A short video clip for motion reference
• A signed likeness release from the model
What I need from you:
• A fully textured, lifelike 3D head-and-torso model that matches the reference to the pore level
• Clean, production-ready topology with facial blend-shapes / ARKit-style visemes for flawless lip-sync
• Rigging compatible with HeyGen (FBX or USDZ work fine)
• One test render or short MP4 proving natural speech and eye movement before we finalise
• All source files (Blender, Maya, or equivalent) plus final optimised export
Acceptance criteria
• Avatar passes a side-by-side still comparison at 1080p without uncanny artefacts
• Lips, eyes and micro-expressions track correctly to supplied audio in a 15-second test clip
• File imports into HeyGen without manual fixes
If you commonly work in Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Unreal MetaHuman or similar pipelines, this should be a straightforward build. Let me know how you prefer to approach photogrammetry or hand-sculpting and your typical turnaround time for revisions.
