Photorealistic Garage & ADU Visuals

I already have the floor plans, elevations, and reference photos for my new build—a ground-level garage with a modern second-floor ADU and a pool area off the back. What I need now are crisp, photorealistic renderings that capture the clean, modern aesthetic we’re aiming for.

The scope covers three distinct zones: the garage exterior/interior, the upstairs ADU, and the pool patio that links them visually. Your job is to translate my drawings and images into lifelike scenes that help me finalize finishes and present the project to both the city and potential investors.

Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar are all fine) as long as the final images look polished and true to material choices.

Deliverables
• 4–6 high-resolution, photorealistic JPEG/PNG stills for each area (garage, ADU, pool) from the most useful angles
• Source file(s) in the native format of your rendering tool so I can request tweaks later if needed
• One round of revisions on lights, textures, or minor camera shifts

Files you’ll receive from me include DWG/PDF plans, mood boards, and onsite photos. Once you come on board I can supply those immediately so you can get started.
