Photorealistic 3D Renderings for Cedar Boulevard

I’m looking for an experienced architectural visualization artist to create photorealistic 3D renderings for my Cedar Boulevard project.

The work should include:

- High-resolution realistic still images (exterior and/or interior views)
- A cinematic 3D walkthrough/flythrough video (2.5 - 3 mins)
- Realistic materials, lighting, landscaping, shadows, people/vehicles where appropriate, and post-production
- A collaborative process with a few revision rounds so we can refine the design, camera angles, materials, and overall look

I can provide the available drawings, dimensions, reference images, mood/style references, and any existing model files. Please tell me exactly what file types and details you need before beginning.

Budget: $100–$150 for an initial defined scope.

Important requirements / guardrails:

- Do not begin final rendering until I approve a low-resolution draft, clay model, or camera-angle preview.
- Include at least 3 reasonable revision rounds in your proposal; clearly state what counts as a revision and the cost of extra revisions.
- Confirm the exact deliverables up front: number of stills, resolution, video duration, format, aspect ratio, and delivery date.
- Provide source/project files where possible (for example, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal, or similar), along with final JPG/PNG stills and MP4 video.
- The final work must be original, commercially usable by me, and not reused in another client’s project without permission.
- Use only properly licensed assets, textures, music, models, and stock elements.
- Please share 3–5 examples of architectural visualization work that is similar in quality and style—especially both stills and walkthrough videos.
- Please communicate clearly and provide progress updates at agreed milestones.
