Photorealistic 3D Rendering for Premium Living Space

We are launching SELECT, a premium managed-flat/managed-living brand in Kolkata, and need a professional 3D visualization artist for our first property. We have the actual floor plan, apartment walkthrough video, our proposed furniture layout, and interior style references.

Scope:

- 3D model/layout of the complete apartment (~1,550 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms + living/dining + kitchen + bathrooms)
- Photorealistic renders of all 4 bedrooms and common areas
- Multiple camera angles suitable for Instagram, website & property listings
- High-quality walkthrough animation/video
- Vertical reels/marketing clips where possible
- Final high-resolution images + rendered videos
- Editable/source 3D files

Design requirements:

- Premium, minimal, modern and clean
- Practical and economical for a managed rental property
- Furniture placement must strictly follow our supplied layout
- Existing doors, windows, bathroom entrances and wardrobes must remain accurately positioned
- Realistic circulation and wardrobe opening clearances are essential
- Bedrooms will accommodate 2–3 residents with beds, wardrobes and study/workspace
