Photoreal Modern Exterior Render

I need a talented 3D artist who can turn my modern-style residential design into a set of photorealistic exterior visuals. You will be working exclusively in 3ds Max with V-Ray, matching the precise dimensions from my CAD plans and reference photos. Accurate geometry, physically-based materials, and believable lighting are essential; I want viewers to feel as though they’re standing in front of the finished house.

You’ll receive full architectural drawings, a material palette, and mood references as soon as we start. I expect clean, well-organized scene files that I can re-open in 3ds Max 2023, plus layered V-Ray settings so any tweaks remain straightforward.

Deliverables
• High-resolution stills (minimum 4 K) at two daytime angles and one dusk shot
• Native .max file with linked textures and proxies clearly named
• A short viewport walkthrough (playblast is fine) to verify geometry before final lighting
• Up to two revision rounds for minor material or lighting adjustments

The project is focused only on the exterior; interior staging or detailed landscape design is not required beyond basic context elements such as lawn, driveway, and sky backdrop.
