Photography and Virtual-Tour Brief – Studios NN1

We are seeking an experienced property photographer to produce professional marketing content for four central Northampton properties comprising 23 rooms.

The accommodation includes 13 en-suite rooms, seven self-contained studios with kitchenettes and three rooms using shared facilities.

Required services:

- Professional interior and exterior photography
- Images of every room, bathroom, kitchen and communal area
- Strong hero images for each property
- Matterport 3D virtual tours covering every property and room
- Landscape and portrait images for the website, property portals and social media
- Optional short walkthrough and vertical videos for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Full-resolution and website-optimised files, clearly organised by property and room
- No watermarks and no excessive filters or wide-angle distortion

Studios NN1 must receive permanent commercial usage rights for the website, Google Business Profile, social media, property portals and advertising.

Please clarify:

- The total fixed price and any travel costs
- Matterport hosting, ownership and annual renewal costs
- Whether tours can be transferred to a Studios NN1-controlled account
- Whether floor plans can also be supplied
- Delivery timescale and included amendments
- Examples of comparable property and Matterport work

We would prefer the same photographer and editing style across all four properties to maintain a consistent premium brand.
